VBR blog - photos and routes

Our weekly
blog mainly consists of photographs of VBR walks since January 2014 and Weekends Away in earlier years.  By clicking on the links in the table below,
you will be able to see photographs taken on walks and, in most cases, the routes taken.  Alternatively, go to the
blog and use the Search facility.

Before November 2016, GPS routes could be viewed on OS 1:25k maps courtesy of either OSgetamap or Microsoft's Bing Maps but these options are no longer available. Now, routes are displayed interactively by linking to OS Maps where they are superimposed on the "standard" OS map, i.e. similar to Google Maps.   For convenience, raster images of maps (like photographs) are sometimes displayed using OpenStreetMap.

Note: interactive maps allow you to zoom in and out, pan and also change to an aerial view.
